عثمان علي عيساڻي گذريل اڳوڻو پاڪستانـي بيوروڪريٽ، تعليمدان ۽ ھڪ philatelist آھي. عيساڻي ڪيترن ئي اعليٰ عھدن تي خدمتون سرانجام ڏنيون آھن. جن ۾ پاڪستان جي وزيراعظم جو پرنسپال سيڪريٽري، اسٽيبلشمينٽ ڊويزن جو سيڪريٽري جنرل ۽ خيبرپختونخواه جو چيف سيڪريٽري اچي وڃن ٿا. سول خدمتن تان رٽائرمينٽ کانپوءِ ھن اقرا يونيورسٽي جي وائيس چانسلر خدمتون ڏنيون.[1][2] سندس جو تعلق بنيادي طور تي شڪارپور ضلعي جي ڳڙھي ياسين تعلقي جي ڳوٺ بڊي سان آھي.

تعليم ۽ خاندان

Usman received his earlier education from لارنس ڪاليج، مري. He has a master's degree in تاريخ from پنجاب يونيورسٽي and master's degree in Education from University of California, Berkeley.[3] Isani is the brother of Dr. Muzaffar Ali Isani.

Isani initially joined the Pakistan Army. However, he opted to join the Civil Services of Pakistan later on. Isani served as the Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as well as Health Secretary of Pakistan. Isani also served as the head of the prestigious Establishment Division as Secretary General. Isani also served in the Government of Sindh as the provincial Education Secretary.[3]

Philatelist

Isani is one of Pakistan's leading philatelist having won medals for both his traditional and literature exhibits at world exhibitions. He is also a former President of the Philatelic Federation of Pakistan[4] as well as the country's representative on the FIP Commission for Philatelic Literature.[5] Isani is an active member of Philatelic Federation of Pakistan.[6]
